appointments and fees

  • Initial consultation is usually 40mins in duration. Please arrive 10mins prior to appointment or download and complete our registration form and bring it with you. Follow-up consultations are usually 30mins in duration.

  • 48hr notice of cancellation is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Please wear appropriate clothing for a physical examination.

medicare rebate

  • Refer to the Medicare Plus Safety Net provisions regarding gap fees.
  • Our doctors are considered by Medicare as General Practitioners with special interest in musculoskeletal medicine. Medicare rebates are in line with General Practice. Referrals are not required.

work cover & third party

  • Dr Michael Mock handles Work Cover & Third Party patients. Dr Mock will endeavour to assist you in obtaining insurance approvals. However, our Work Cover patients are required to settle accounts at the time of consultation and seek reimbursement from the insurer.
  • The initial consultation fee will be at the current practice rate (see appointments & fees). Subsequent approved treatments will be at fully rebateable Work Cover rates.
